SHOPPING CART

ADD TO CART
Click the "Add to Cart" button from the product detail page. To order multiple quantities of the same item, select the appropriate value from the drop-down menu (the default is 1). In some cases, it may be necessary to first select size, colour, gemstone, etc.

Please note: Items placed in your cart are not reserved until you have completed your order. Click the "Checkout" button to complete your order or the "Continue Shopping" button to add more items to your Shopping Cart.

SHOPPING CART INFO
From the Shopping Cart, you can update the quantity of a particular item, remove items, click on any item in the cart for a product description, and view the subtotal. If you're done shopping, click the Checkout button to complete your order. Otherwise, click the Continue Shopping button.

A convenient Print Version link takes you to a printer-friendly version of the Shopping Cart page.

You'll also find information on our Multi-Pay and multi-packing, as well as helpful tips and links at the bottom of the page.

Multi-Pay

Our Multi-Pay plan allows you to spread your payment over several monthly installments. You'll be presented with the number of Multi-Pay installments offered on an item (when applicable) on the product detail page. These Multi-Pay installments are the same as what is offered on our TV broadcast and when making your purchase via telephone.

DETAILS
1. All instalment payments are interest free.
2. First installment is charged on shipment. Equal payments are charged in 30-day intervals after the date of purchase.
3. Multi-Pay options are offered during order checkout.
4. Shipping and taxes are added to the first installment.

CHECKOUT

MY ACCOUNT
After you have added an item (or items) to your Shopping Cart and click the checkout button, you will arrive at the My Account Log-in page. This is where you set-up or confirm your account information in order to complete your purchase.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS
Enter your e-mail address and password. If you previously signed in using your last name, you will be prompted to confirm your account information and provide an e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be your log-in for all future purchase or order tracking.

NEW CUSTOMERS
New customers are required to set up an account as part of the checkout process. You will be asked for your first name, last name, billing address, city, province, postal code, country, daytime phone, evening phone and e-mail address. All fields are required.

SHIPPING
Choose to ship your order to your billing address or add alternate addresses to use during your current or future orders. In case the order being shipped to an alternate address is a gift, an order summary will be included, but it will not show the cost of the item.

You can choose a different shipping address for each item in your order.

BillsTorontoShop.com offers delivery via the following methods:

• Canada Post (4-6 weeks)
• Courier (6 to 10 Business Days)

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as our estimates are dependent on our carriers' delivery service.

We ship to any address in Canada. However, Courier requires a physical street number (no P.O. boxes). For more on shipping methods and charges, click here.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

PAYMENT

PAYING FOR AN ORDER
BillsTorontoShop.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as methods of payment. You can use a different credit card to pay for each order. Select the appropriate card, then fill in the card number and expiration date fields. We do not offer C.O.D.

If, for any reason, your credit card is not approved, we will contact you by phone to verify your personal information. You then have the option of choosing a different credit card for that order.

ORDER SUMMARY PAGE
Once you complete your Order Information, you will find yourself at the Order Summary page. This confirms method of payment, shipping method, item(s) quantity, subtotal, tax, shipping charges, total order price and the shipping address.

Click the Back button on the Order Summary page if any of this information is incorrect.

Please note: When using the Ship To section (if the address is different from the Billing Address), ensure the box is checked.

Be sure to check your information carefully:

• If the information is correct, click Order Now
• If you want to change anything, click Modify My Information
• If you want to return to BillsTorontoShop.com home page, click Continue Shopping
  

AFTER YOU ORDER

ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE
The Order Confirmation page displays the order number at the top of the page and details of the item(s) included in that order. Remember to write down your order number for future reference. You'll need it to check the status of the order online using the Track Your Order link in the top navigation bar. Be sure to save or print the Order Confirmation page.

E-MAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an e-mail order confirmation shortly after placing your order, which will include your order number. We encourage you to save or print your e-mail order confirmation for your records. Another order confirmation e-mail will be sent once the item is shipped.

ORDER TRACKING
To check your order status, click on the Track Your Order button located in the top navigation bar. Enter your account information (last name and password) and click the Submit button. This allows you to view your entire history of Web and phone orders, as well as your current order status through the Quick Track feature.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
To make a change or cancel your order, please call toll-free at 1-888-NFL-ONLINE. The cut-off time for order modifications is 12:00 a.m. EST on the same day your order is placed. Orders placed after that time cannot be changed, canceled or multi-packed with previous orders. A representative will be available to assist you:

English: Monday-Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm
French: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

UNDELIVERED ITEM(S)
It takes an average of 10 business days to trace an item sent out by Canada Post. If you do not receive your order, please contact our customer service team toll-free at 1-888-NFL-ONLINE.
